DID YOU KNOW:  You can have a virtual visit with Dr. Weeman.  A Virtual Appointment allows you to be in the comfort of your own home as you connect with our providers and staff for needed assessment or followup for acute conditions, such as fever, cough, congestion, stomach pain.

WHAT WILL I NEED?: You will need a smartphone or tablet with a camera.  You will need an appointment (please call as usual to schedule). 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR A VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT? A televisit with Dr. Weeman is a self-pay visit and costs $95 at the time of the visit.  You will be asked to pay online first and then given a link to a virtual waiting room to connect with Dr. Weeman.

2. Submit a telehealth agreement form online

3. Make sure your phone or device is charged and you have a reliable connection to the internet.  We will call you at your appointment time.
